## The Challenge

Dan Garner and Dr. Andy Galpin needed to transform 85–128 biomarkers across 13 functional areas into actionable intelligence for elite athletes and high-performers—not longevity or disease prevention, but performance optimization.

Challenges included scientific complexity, data overload, behavior change across 13-week cycles, brand creation from scratch, and diverse user types (athletes, executives, biohackers, coaches).

## My Role

Led end-to-end design using **Constraint Theory**—identifying the single most impactful bottleneck for each user and building the experience around addressing it. Delivered UX strategy, brand identity, and design system enabling scale to V2 and V3.

## Core Experience

Performance Command Center with Vitality Score, Key Constraint highlight, and clear next actions through Foundation and Targeted protocols broken into weekly tasks.

## Data Visualization

85–128 biomarkers transformed through layered complexity and progressive disclosure—performance biomarkers, biomarker patterns, color-coded status, and singular Key Constraint focus.

## Behavior Change

Educational scaffolding with Quick Tips modals, category badges, video content ("The Art of Bloodwork Interpretation"), and progressive disclosure from vitality score to deep analysis.

## Design Principles

- **Action-Oriented Design** — Weekly checkable protocol tasks
