Rally Nation's fantasy sports platform lacked instant sports knowledge access and social continuity—players who connected during games had no way to continue relationships.

Design Principles

2. Conversational Authenticity — Chat interfaces matching how sports fans actually communicate
3. Zero Learning Curve — Familiar patterns executed exceptionally well

Clutch AI

Personality-driven AI assistant with a confident goat mascot. Opens as modal from any screen—ask questions mid-game without losing progress. Dedicated chat section with persistent history.

Example interactions: ALCS winners, moundball rules, NFL standings, historical sports knowledge.

Three-Tier Communication

• Crew Chat — Private conversations with friends (read receipts, typing indicators)
• Game Chats — Group conversations for specific games or leagues
• Clutch AI — Equal-prominence third tab for instant sports knowledge
